Prep Responsibilities

Prep Person is responsible for:

 All meat, veggie, cheese and salad dressings prep for the day.

 Ensuring slicer is clean and sanitized.

 Ensuring prep area is clean and sanitized.

 Washing produce prior to use.

 Labeling ALL prepped items.

 Following recipes to Snarf’s standards.

 Prepping amounts that encourage quality and freshness and confirming with manager.

 Signing off Prep List.
