We are looking to hire a Manager for Side Project Pizza located in Maplewood, MO.  Side Project Managers are wired for hospitality! We're in the people business and, our most successful Managers are passionate about connecting with Team Members and Guests.

Experience: Previous experience in restaurant/retail supervision, preferably as a team lead or in a similar role.

Availability: Able to work late mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Staff Management:

Supervising staff, including making sure they are up to date on new beer and menu items.

·       Customer Service:

Ensuring a positive dining experience for guests, addressing complaints, and maintaining high service standards.

·       Operations:

Assisting with daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, and inventory control.

·       Compliance:

Ensuring adherence to food safety regulations and company policies,

Qualifications:

Leadership: Ability to lead, motivate, and train a team. 

Communication: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 

Customer Service: Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to resolve issues effectively. 

Food Safety: Knowledge of food safety procedures and regulations. 

Computer Skills: Proficiency in using computer systems and relevant software. 

Side Project Brewing is growing and looking for friendly, reliable people to join our team at our newest business concept.  

What makes you a great candidate?

• A year or more of counter service experience in a food and/or beverage business.
• Cash and card handling experience is required.
• Comfortable working outside, as needed.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be available to work weekends.

Responsibilities include:

• Engaging with our customer family and creating a great experience for them!
• Serving draft beer, canned or bottles beer and select other beverages at our drive through or counter service windows.
• Keeping our patio and service area clean and tidy
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift & lift 30-50lbs frequently.
• Complying with responsible alcohol service guidelines, including serving guests responsibly
• Cash handling
• Be able to work as a team with Pizza Champ, our Shared food concept.
