What You’ll Do

• Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism

• Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating to maximize guest satisfaction

• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus with a smile

• Answer questions about the menu, specials, and restaurant services

• Keep track of table rotation and communicate with servers for efficient seating

• Handle phone calls for reservations, takeout orders, and general inquiries

• Assist with keeping the entry, host stand, and dining areas clean and organized

Who You Are

• Outgoing, friendly, and guest-focused

• Strong communicator with excellent organizational skills

• Able to multitask and stay calm in a high-volume environment

• Team player who’s willing to jump in and help when needed

• Previous host/hostess or customer service experience preferred, but not required
