Shorty Pants Lounge is the Lake of the Ozarks’ premier waterfront Cajun restaurant and bar, famous for our authentic Louisiana flavors, live entertainment, and unbeatable lake views. Our bar is the centerpiece of the action, and we’re looking for talented Bartenders who know how to mix great drinks and create unforgettable guest experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Greet guests with energy, friendliness, and a welcoming smile

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty drinks quickly and accurately

• Provide menu knowledge and upsell food and beverage options

• Keep the bar clean, stocked, and organized during and after shifts

• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and follow responsible service practices

• Handle cash and card transactions with accuracy

• Work closely with barbacks, servers, and the FOH team to keep service flowing

• Build relationships with guests to encourage repeat visits

Who You Are

• 1+ year bartending experience preferred, but we’ll train the right personality

• Outgoing, personable, and confident in a busy bar environment

• Strong multitasker who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume service

• Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, and wine (or eager to learn quickly)

• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in Missouri

• A team player with a great attitude and strong work ethic
