With 14,000 sq. ft. of space featuring billiards, darts, arcade games, golf simulators, projection screens, and a full-service restaurant and bar, Sharks isn’t just a place to eat—it’s an experience.

We’re seeking a dynamic, experienced General Manager to lead our team, oversee all operations, and ensure that Sharks continues to be the go-to destination for great food and fun.

What You’ll Do

• Provide hands-on leadership across all departments: FOH, BOH, and bar operations.

• Recruit, train, and develop staff while maintaining a positive, motivated culture.

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring consistency in food, service, and entertainment experiences.

• Manage scheduling, labor costs, and payroll to optimize performance.

• Monitor and maintain food, beverage, and supply inventories while controlling costs.

• Develop and execute promotions, events, and marketing initiatives in partnership with ownership.

• Uphold all health, safety, and liquor compliance standards.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for guest relations, handling concerns with professionalism.

• Drive sales growth and profitability while maintaining Sharks’ reputation as a community staple.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience; General Manager experience preferred.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage a large team.

• Knowledge of P&L management, inventory control, and cost analysis.

• Passion for hospitality and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Must be 21+ and available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
