We’re looking for a Utility Team Member to support our back-of-house operations. This versatile role is essential to keeping the kitchen organized, clean, and efficient—helping the team deliver the food and service that makes Sharks stand out.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with dishwashing, cleaning, and general kitchen upkeep.

• Perform basic food prep and stocking as directed by cooks or managers.

• Maintain cleanliness in high-traffic areas like the kitchen, storage, and prep stations.

• Handle trash, recycling, and deliveries to keep the kitchen running smoothly.

• Step in to support wherever needed—this role keeps the team moving.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous restaurant or kitchen experience a plus, but not required.

• Reliable, hardworking, and willing to take on a variety of tasks.

• Able to handle a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work nights, weekends, and holidays.
