With 14,000 sq. ft. of fun including billiards, darts, arcade games, golf simulators, and big-screen TVs, we’re a one-of-a-kind locally owned restaurant where the atmosphere is as exciting as the menu.

We’re looking for Line Cooks who can bring skill, speed, and consistency to our busy kitchen. If you thrive in a high-energy environment and take pride in serving up quality food, Sharks is the place for you.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and cook menu items to Sharks’ quality and presentation standards.

• Work efficiently on the line during high-volume shifts.

• Assist with daily prep, stocking, and station setup.

• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards.

• Communicate and coordinate with fellow cooks and FOH staff to keep service running smoothly.

• Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistency.

What We’re Looking For

• Prior line cook or kitchen experience preferred, but we’ll train the right person.

• Ability to work under pressure and stay organized during busy shifts.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

• Must be reliable, punctual, and passionate about great food.

• Available nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
