We are currently hiring for Tuesday and Wednesday Nights. Shifts start at 6PM and end at 11PM. If you excel at this position you will have an opurtunity at more shifts and possibly joining our server and bartender team. Since 2006, Sharks Restaurant & Billiards has been Shawnee’s go-to destination for great food, cold drinks, and non-stop entertainment. With over 14,000 sq. ft. of space, we offer billiards, darts, golf simulators, arcade games, projection screens, and a full-service restaurant and bar. We’re a locally owned, high-energy venue where hospitality meets fun—and we’re looking for a Floor Manager to help keep everything running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Lead by example while managing day-to-day front-of-house operations.

• Supervise servers, hosts, and bar staff to ensure exceptional guest service.

• Monitor dining, bar, and game floor areas to maintain cleanliness, flow, and atmosphere.

• Support scheduling, training, and coaching to keep staff engaged and on-task.

• Step in as needed to assist with service, resolve guest concerns, and keep the floor moving.

• Collaborate with the GM and Bar Manager to ensure events, busy shifts, and promotions run smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of restaurant, bar, or hospitality management experience preferred.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team.

• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

• Must be 21+ and available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
