  • Assist with on-site signage plans (A-frames, QR codes, menu boards, callouts)

Digital + Brand Support

  • Help review and update key venue information online (hours, offerings, event listings)
  • Support email marketing drafts, simple landing page updates, and promo link organization
  • Help monitor social messages/comments and flag items needing a manager response

Special Projects (based on interest)

  • Partnership/corporate event promotion support
  • Competitive research (what other venues are doing well)
  • Customer feedback themes (Google reviews/social insights)

Skills You’ll Build

  • Real-world content production in a live environment
  • Project coordination and deadline-based execution
  • Brand voice, promotional writing, and creative testing
  • Event marketing and community engagement strategy

Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized and able to manage multiple deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with Instagram/TikTok trends; Canva experience a plus
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
  • Must be able to receive college credit for an unpaid internship

Schedule + Work Style

  • Hybrid: mostly on-site at SERV with some remote admin work
  • Must be available for some peak moments (late afternoons/evenings or weekends) for event content capture (scheduled in advance)

How Success Will Be Measured

  • Consistent, high-quality content capture and organization
  • Reliable execution of weekly tasks and timelines
  • Strong attention to detail and brand consistency
  • Positive collaboration with operations, events, and marketing team
