OTE: $90k–$100k+ | 3-Month Sales Draw | Uncapped Commissions
SERV is hiring a driven Private Event Sales Manager to sell corporate events, team-building outings, nonprofit functions, and group experiences across the KC metro.
If you love building relationships, closing deals, and selling experiences — not commodities — this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Sell corporate + group events within a 1-hour KC radius
- Build your own pipeline + work warm inbound leads
- Manage both quick-turn and long-cycle deals
- Attend networking events, site visits, and weekly sales meetings
- Maintain clean CRM usage (Tripleseat)

- 3+ years proven B2B sales experience
- Strong networking + relationship-building skills
- History of exceeding quotas
