Provide Information: Share engaging and concise details about SERV’s amenities, including live entertainment schedules, food and beverage options, pickleball courts, and special events.

Engagement: Proactively interact with guests to answer questions, provide directions, and offer personalized recommendations.

Support Guest Experience: Ensure guests are aware of ongoing events, promotions, and opportunities to enhance their visit.

Private event navigation to escort guests to their destination in the facility.

Assist with Navigation: Help guests locate key areas such as the food hall, bars, restaurant, pickleball courts, or event spaces.

Problem-Solving: Address guest concerns or issues promptly, escalating when necessary to ensure a smooth experience.

Collaboration: Partner with team members across the venue to create a seamless and enjoyable environment.
