This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping strategies to drive growth, strengthen brand presence, and foster client relationships. They will oversee marketing campaigns, sales strategies, public relations, digital marketing, and partnerships to meet business objectives. Key Responsibilities:

 

Marketing Leadership & Strategy 

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals. 

  • Stay ahead of market trends to ensure competitive positioning and drive long-term success. 

  • Lead brand management initiatives to ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all platforms. 

 

Marketing Campaigns & Public Relations 

  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns, including digital, social media, print, and broadcast. 

  • Write and distribute press releases, manage media inquiries, and foster strong relationships with media outlets and influencers. 

  • Organize and promote events (public and private) to build engagement and brand awareness. 

 

Digital Marketing & Analytics 

  • Create and oversee digital marketing strategies, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and website management. 

  • Analyze campaign performance, market trends, and consumer behavior to optimize strategies. 

  • Track KPIs and provide detailed reports to leadership. 

 

Sales Leadership 

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and client acquisition goals. 

  • Oversee the sales process, from lead generation to closing, ensuring a focus on client satisfaction and tailored solutions. 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to maximize retention and loyalty. 

 

Collaboration & Partnerships 

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and product development, to align marketing and sales efforts with business objectives. 

  • Establish and nurture partnerships with vendors, agencies, and industry influencers to expand market reach. 

 

Team Leadership 

  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing and sales team. 

  • Set clear goals and expectations while fostering a collaborative, innovative work environment. 

  • Allocate resources effectively and manage budgets to ensure cost-efficiency and ROI. 

 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred). 

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing and sales, including 2+ years in a leadership role. 

  • Proven track record in driving revenue growth, managing successful campaigns, and brand development. 

  • Expertise in digital marketing, data analysis, and customer relationship management. 

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. 

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. 

 

Preferred Skills 

  • Proficiency with marketing and CRM tools such as Tripleseat, Zoho, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite. 

  • Experience in the entertainment, hospitality, or event management industry. 

  • Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and data analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics). 

  • Strong creative problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
