Responsibilites include:
- Being the best bartender in house - leading by example in all areas.
- Oversee the bartending team, holding them accountable to daily systems & procedures
- Very specific to maintaining cleanliness standards
- Train new bartenders on Toast POS, cocktail menu, speed & coordination.
- Take weekly inventory on liquor, beer, wine, and NA
- Placing weekly orders (LBW,NA)
- Auditing Product Mix Reports - tracking our usage & volume products.
- Collaborate on seasonal beer/cocktail menus with management.
- Being a leader to the team with strong communication and accountability measures.
- Working with the manager that sets the bar schedule, to ensure staffing pars are accurate.

Description
Responsibilities for this position include:
- Enthusiastically and sincerely welcome all guests upon arrival.
- Quickly assess guests needs and direct them or take them to assigned tables or space.
- Place menus and tableware in front of guests after they are seated.
- Explain SERV process, describe menu specials or events, let them know the server that will be assisting them by name.
- Assist all guests with any questions. Be aware of any guests looking around or needing help. Get another team member or manager when needed.
- Keep iPad updated with occupied and available tables.
- Help to keep tables cleaned and ready to seat.
- Maintain first impressions at entrance by cleaning windows, sweeping, vacuuming and wiping down any surfaces.
- Complete regular checks of bathrooms to ensure cleanliness and operations for guests.
- Keep host area clean and stocked with menus, crayons and tableware.
- Keep all menus wiped down between each use.
- Keep all highchairs clean between each use.
- Assist any guest or team member in any way possible to ensure the highest level of customer service.
- Follow and complete all checklists at beginning, during or at the end of shift.
- Any and all other duties or tasks necessary to achieve the SERV standard of service and operation.

Culinary Concept Lead

Description
Responsibilites include:
- SERV has multiple container kitchen concepts, each which require an individual to take ownership of the operational execution.
- The Culinary Concept Lead role is to execute the systems & procedures set by the Kitchen Manager & General Manager.
- Responsibilities will include ensuring opening & closing procedures are completed daily, including prep, cooking to specifications, cleaning and meeting SERV service standards to achieve excellent guest experience.
- The Concept Lead is in charge of training and managing the team members within their concept, and ensuring timeliness and schedule availability
- The Concept Lead is responsible for ensuring the day to day inventory and item/quantity prepped are in line with the KM's set standards.

- Inform guests of SERV practices, specials and food and beverage information
- Accurately place guest orders
- Be aware of guests needs throughout dining experience and attend to those needs promptly with a friendly and enthusiastic demeanor
- Ensure orders arrive accurately and in a timely manner
- Keep table cleared of all trash and empty glassware and dishes
- Receive guest feedback in a positive manner
- Communicate any and all guest issues with management
- Share information about upcoming SERV events and invite guest to follow social media and invite to come back
- Process guest payment in a timely manner and offer them receipt
- Professionally represent SERV at all times and help to create a great experience for all guests and other team members
- Set up restaurant for shift as needed
- Clean and organize restaurant for efficient service each shift
- Perform ongoing sidework to maintain and clean, safe and efficient environment for team members and guests

Line Cook

Description
Responsibilites include:
- Food preparation and assistance to Team Lead
- Responsibility for maintenance and food safety of assigned station
- Responsible for preparing the stations before the start of each shift. Ensure that all the supplies that will be needed are available and ready for use
- Prep food for service each day
- Prep the items requested from their station. Work with the concept team lead/other line to cook with coordinated timing so that items arrive at the service window ready to eat and at the right temperature
- End of a shift, the line cook is responsible for container clean up, including disposing of garbage, cleaning utensils, pots, pans, and cleaning cooking surfaces The line cook will also be responsible for taking care of food storage
- Assist in taking inventory, including stocking pantries or walk in refrigerators, or simply inventorying items
- Concept is in a fully modified shipping container kitchen, unique atmosphere with a small, focused menu
