- Responsible for preparing the stations before the start of each shift. Ensure that all the supplies that will be needed are available and ready for use

- Prep the items requested from their station. Work with the concept team lead/other line to cook with coordinated timing so that items arrive at the service window ready to eat and at the right temperature
- End of a shift, the line cook is responsible for container clean up, including disposing of garbage, cleaning utensils, pots, pans, and cleaning cooking surfaces The line cook will also be responsible for taking care of food storage
- Assist in taking inventory, including stocking pantries or walk in refrigerators, or simply inventorying items
- Concept is in a fully modified shipping container kitchen, unique atmosphere with a small, focused menu

- Computer proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word); experience with automated systems preferred.

You’ll be the go-to person for players with questions, help manage court reservations, and assist with equipment rentals or sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet players and guests in a professional and welcoming manner
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of courts, including setting up nets and supplies
• Monitor court usage and assist with enforcing court rules and time limits
• Manage court reservations, cancellations, and walk-ins
• Assist with check-in, memberships, and payments as needed
