- Responsibility for maintenance and food safety of assigned station
- Responsible for preparing the stations before the start of each shift. Ensure that all the supplies that will be needed are available and ready for use
- Prep food for service each day
- Prep the items requested from their station. Work with the concept team lead/other line to cook with coordinated timing so that items arrive at the service window ready to eat and at the right temperature
- End of a shift, the line cook is responsible for container clean up, including disposing of garbage, cleaning utensils, pots, pans, and cleaning cooking surfaces The line cook will also be responsible for taking care of food storage
- Assist in taking inventory, including stocking pantries or walk in refrigerators, or simply inventorying items
- Concept is in a fully modified shipping container kitchen, unique atmosphere with a small, focused menu

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy Assistant General Manager (AGM) to help oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and drive operational efficiency. As AGM, you will support the General Manager in managing staff, optimizing service, and leveraging technology—including Toast POS and other venue-related systems—to enhance the overall experience. Key Responsibilities:
✅ Operational Leadership – Support the General Manager (GM) in overseeing food hall and pickleball venue operations, stepping in as acting GM when needed.
✅ Team Management – Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance to maintain a high-performing, customer-focused team.
✅ Technology & Reporting – Utilize Toast POS and other digital tools for operational efficiency, reporting, and guest interactions.
✅ Guest Engagement – Foster a welcoming environment, ensuring exceptional service across food vendors and recreational areas.
✅ Inventory & Vendor Relations – Assist in managing inventory, ordering, and vendor coordination in partnership with the GM.
✅ Marketing & Events – Contribute to promotions, event planning, and marketing initiatives to boost venue traffic.
✅ Compliance & Safety – Ensure adherence to health, safety, and labor regulations, maintaining a clean and safe venue.
Qualifications:
🔹 2+ years of hospitality management experience (food & beverage, recreation, or entertainment venue preferred).
🔹 Passion for sports, recreation, or pickleball is a plus!
🔹 Tech-savvy, with experience using Toast POS and digital management tools.
🔹 Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
🔹 Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
