About the Role:

As a Barback / Busser, you’re the backbone of the floor and bar team—making sure everything stays clean, stocked, and moving. Whether you’re clearing tables, restocking the bar, or helping polish glassware, you play a critical behind-the-scenes role that keeps service smooth and the team ready to crush it.

This is a great entry-level position for anyone looking to grow into serving, bartending, or kitchen roles. If you’re hardworking, fast on your feet, and love being part of a team, we’d love to have you.

 

Key Responsibilities:

As Barback:

  • Restock liquor, wine, beer, ice, glassware, and bar tools

  • Clean and maintain the bar area throughout the shift

  • Assist bartenders with garnishes, juices, glassware, and trash runs

  • Help with kegs, deliveries, and backstock organization

  • Support smooth, fast-paced drink service

As Busser:

  • Clear, clean, and reset tables between guests

  • Assist servers with running food and beverages

  • Keep service areas clean, organized, and fully stocked

  • Help with to-go packaging or expo duties during busy shifts

  • Support closing side work and team-wide cleanliness

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented

  • Ability to move quickly and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

  • Willing to take direction and jump in wherever needed

  • Friendly and respectful communication with both guests and team

  • Must be 18+ to barback (due to alcohol handling), 16+ for bussing roles

  • Evening and weekend availability is preferred

  • Previous restaurant experience is a plus—but not required (we’ll train you)
