Key Responsibilities

• Bar Operations: Oversee daily bar functions, ensuring high product quality and exceptional guest service.
• Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and manage bar staff to deliver top-notch service and maintain a positive work environment.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
• Guest Service: Engage with guests to enhance their experience and address any concerns promptly.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a bar manager or similar role in a full-service restaurant or sports bar.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of beverage preparation and mixology.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.

Schedule
