About the Role:
As a Dishwasher & Kitchen Prep team member, you’ll be essential to the flow of our kitchen—keeping dishes clean, tools sanitized, and prep ingredients ready for service. You’ll work side-by-side with our culinary team and have opportunities to grow your skills in a supportive, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and prep equipment

Maintain a clean and organized dish station throughout service

Assist with basic kitchen prep tasks (e.g., chopping vegetables, portioning ingredients, stocking stations)

Follow food safety and sanitation standards

Take out trash and recycling, mop floors, and help close down the kitchen

Support the team by jumping in wherever needed to keep things running smoothly
What We’re Looking For:

Dependable work ethic and a team-first attitude

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stay on your feet for extended periods

Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen

Punctual, respectful, and ready to learn

Experience as a dishwasher or prep cook is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right person

Availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts preferred
