What You’ll Do

• Oversee day-to-day bar operations, including staff management, scheduling, and training.

• Lead and inspire a team of bartenders to deliver fast, friendly, and consistent service.

• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls to maximize bar profitability.

• Ensure compliance with all state liquor laws, health, and safety regulations.

• Collaborate with the GM and FOH leadership team to support events, promotions, and late-night operations.

• Resolve customer concerns with professionalism, keeping the Sharks brand experience fun and memorable.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of bar management or lead bartender experience in a busy, high-volume setting.

• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to coach and motivate staff.

• Solid knowledge of beer, wine, cocktails, and industry trends.

• Comfortable with POS systems, scheduling, and bar inventory software.

• Must be 21+ with the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
