Incoming bartenders are expected to have working knowledge of classic cocktail recipes, bar layouts, basic food service experience and can handle high volume business. 

Main Duties:

• Craft cocktail & banquet style drink production
• Cocktail Service
• Table Maintenance
• Food service
• Setup and Breakdown side work duties
