    Server is responsible for meeting the needs of members and guests in every aspect of the food and beverage experience.  Servers are expected to provide exceptional service to members and guests while adhering to the Club's service standards. The server works closely with the rest of the house to achieve the strategic vision of the Club while still providing the best possible service to its members.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Establish a welcoming and professional environment for members to feel comfortable and confident knowing that they can count on you to look after their dining needs.
    • Keep members up to date on specials and menu changes, making recommendations that members will enjoy.
    • Help answer questions about food, drinks and other Club activities and upcoming events.
    • Allow members to place food and beverage orders and enter them into our POS system that sends them to the kitchen. Quickly deliver food and beverages from the kitchen and bar to members.
    • Identify and communicate special requests, including dietary restrictions.
    • Side work at the beginning and end of every shift as needed by your service station assignment.
    • Keep clean service areas by adhering to sanitation, health and safety regulations.
    • Clear and reset tables.

     

    Requirements:

    • Ability to communicate in and comprehend a wide range of social contexts and interact with our members in an appropriate manner.
    • Hospitality enthusiast
    • Dining room  service experience 
    • Team player mentality
    • Ability to stand for extended periods of up to 8 hours.
    • Ability to safely carry, lift, push, pull and maneuver trays of up to 40 pounds of food & furniture

    Job Description

    As a Butcher, you’ll be responsible for preparing various cuts of meat, poultry, and fish for sale or service. You’ll ensure products are handled, stored, and displayed properly while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and quality.

    Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM & Saturday (if necessary)

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Cut, trim, debone, and portion meat, poultry, and fish according to specifications

    • Prepare meat for display and service, including grinding, marinating, and packaging

    • Ensure proper storage, rotation, and labeling of all products

    • Monitor inventory levels and communicate ordering needs

    • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, tools, and equipment

    • Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling procedures

    • Interact with customers, answering questions and offering recommendations (if in a retail setting)

    • Work closely with kitchen or retail staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of meat products

     

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Proven experience as a butcher or meat cutter preferred

    • Excellent knife skills and knowledge of meat cuts, preparation methods, and storage

    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

    • Ability to lift heavy items and work on your feet for extended periods

    • Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards (ServSafe certification is a plus)
