Royal Ozarks Car Wash is a touchless car wash, along with a convenience store and Mobil gas station. We are looking for several (Part Time or Full Time) outgoing and energetic cashiers to join our team in St. Charles, MO, and day & evening hours are available. Must be 18+ years of age!

These positions have a variety of duties, including:

• Greeting and waiting on customers - CUSTOMER SERVICE is our #1 priority!
• Maintaining and cleaning the store
• Developing and maintaining relationships with customers in a fast paced business

Minimum starting pay is $13.50/hour

Applicants must have a strong work ethic, excellent people skills, and the ability to multitask and problem solve. Must be available some evenings, weekends and/or holidays.

C-Store Manager - Full Time

As the C-Store Manager at Royal Ozarks Carwash, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our convenience store, known for its exceptional service and vibrant atmosphere. This full-time position offers a dynamic environment where you will lead a dedicated team and oversee various aspects of store management, including marketing, finances, and daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing Oversight: Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance store visibility and attract customers.
• Financial Management: Monitor revenue, manage cost of goods, and ensure profitability.
• Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Daily Operations: Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to analyze financial reports and drive sales performance.
• Strong communication skills.

Schedule

This is a full-time position, with a flexible schedule as needed to meet the demands of the store.

• Polishing wheels and car exteriors

Both part time and full time positions are available.  Great earning potential for this position - you get an hourly rate plus tips - you can earn as much as $15-$20 per hour, as well as free car washes and a fun work atmosphere.
