Customer Support Intern
Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused intern to join our team as a Customer Support Intern. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong desire to learn and grow in a customer service role. This position will report to the Customer Support Manager and will assist in handling customer inquiries, providing technical support, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and provide solutions to customers.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve customer support processes and policies.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback and report insights to the management team.
• Participate in training sessions and continuously develop skills to provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and support tickets.
• Other duties as assigned by the Customer Support Manager.
Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Empathetic and patient attitude towards customers.
• Experience with customer service or support is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with customer service software, such as ZenDesk or Freshdesk, is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
This is a paid, part-time internship with flexible hours. The internship duration is 3-6 months with the possibility of extension.
