Duties and Responsibilities

a. Manager's Duties:

• Develop and implement studio policies and procedures with the Owner's approval.
• Manage the studio staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure the studio is adequately equipped and maintained for daily operations.
• Oversee the studio's financial management, including budgeting and bookkeeping.
• Coordinate studio bookings, handle client inquiries, and manage client contracts.
• Implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and promote studio services.

Qualifications

• 2 Years+ Experience managing a Music Studio
