Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Amazon/eBay Virtual Assistant to join our USA-based team. As an Amazon/eBay VA, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online marketplace presence. The ideal candidate has experience in e-commerce and is familiar with Amazon and eBay selling platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage product listings on Amazon and eBay.
• Optimize product listings for search visibility and conversion.
• Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback.
• Manage inventory and ensure product availability.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Implement marketing strategies to increase product visibility and sales.
• Collaborate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Handle order processing, shipment tracking, and returns.
• Stay updated with marketplace policies and guidelines to ensure compliance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Amazon/eBay Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and/or eBay Seller Hub.
• Knowledge of marketplace optimization strategies and best practices.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and online selling processes.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics.
• Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and Google Suite.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy.
