Responsibilities for this position include:

• MAKING SURE OUR GUESTS HAVE THE BEST EXPERIENCE POSSIBLE
• Server and host assistance
• Setting and clearing tables
• General table and restaurant maintenance
• Food running
• Restaurant opening and closing duties

Late night shifts will include greeting and ID-ing guests, accepting and managing money/cover, security, general bar and floor maintenance.

• Shift management and leading your line
• Back of the house assistant to the general manager and head chef.
• Management of all daily operations
• Management of staff and daily labor costs
• Kitchen maintenance and oversight of cost of goods

• Responsibility for maintenance and food safety of assigned station.

Craft cocktail, beer, wine, and classic cocktail knowledge is preferred. 

General responsibilities inlclude:

• Customer interaction and high quality service
• Attention to detail and prioritzation for customer satisfaction in food and beverage service
• Mixing and pouring amazing drinks for both bar service staff guests
• General bar preparation and maintenance with a focus on organization, quality control, and cleanliness

• Staff and inventory maintenance specific to event requirements.

We do hire inexperienced applicants to train as host/hostesses, please apply for that position if you're interested but do not have experience.
