Key Responsibilities

• Food Preparation: Prepare fresh ingredients and dough for pizzas, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Cooking: Operate pizza ovens and cook pizzas to perfection, maintaining consistent quality and taste.
• Kitchen Operations: Collaborate with kitchen staff to manage food orders efficiently and maintain a clean workspace.
• Quality Control: Monitor food safety practices and ensure all meals are prepared according to health standards.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a pizza cook or in a similar role within a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Schedule

This is a full-time position with flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends.

Grill Cook

Responsibilites include:

• Food preparation: Breading, portionng, prep and  make sauces, etc
• Line Cook
• Putting away any deliveries 
• Responsibility for maintenance and food safety of assigned station.
• Punctual, following procedures/recipes, team player, and consistency are all a must.
