Description

What You’ll Do:
- Support the management team with maintaining venue standards in cleanliness, organization, and event efficiency.
- Work side by side, taking direction from the GM to handle daily needs such as basic repairs, operating procedures, and general floor maintenance.
- Set the room for event promotions and manage the breakdown, re-organization and cleaning.
- Assist with various managerial tasks such as guest outreach programs, seasonal/holiday venue enhancements, storage area organization/zoning, checking in deliveries, and inventory.
What We’re Looking For:
• Consistent availability, comfortable working at times till 1am or 2am alongside the GM and Management team.
• Strong work ethic, inherent drive and hustle. Work hard and have fun w/ the team
• Detail absorption to maintain venue standards for ideal guest experience
• A positive mind and presence that furthers the team culture in the right direction
• Self pride in doing a good job not only for the business but yourself. Ability and eagerness to learn, develop new skills and build up your resume and acumen
