If you're looking for any old bartending job, this isn't it. We're training Bar Athletes to be the best drink slingers there are. This is a skilled position where not only will you make absolutely delicious drinks, you will deliver excellent service while doing so. We believe if you're not first, you're last. Meeting and greeting our guests before they reach the bar is no different. You might be saying, "But I've never bartended before." That's perfect. We'll make you an Legend-in-Training where we'll sign you to a Rookie Contract of $8/hr + Tips. After going through our training camp, you'll become a bonafide Bar Legend.

Skills you will acquire:

• Be able to serve guests in a record time 
• Have the ability to handle a high volume bar
• Knowledge to be in complete compliance to company cash handling and Point of Sale Policy
• Be a legend with every guest interaction
• Be prepared for any situation thrown at you
• Knowledge to maintain a clean, organized bar and keep it in perfect working order

Must Provide Availability

Repsonsabilities Include: 

• Take ownership of Zero Latency at Rec Hall - St. Charles.
• Learn to operate and manage the virtual reality experience known as, Zero Latency. 
• Greet, engage, and execute the virtual reality guest experience.
• Convey genuine enthusiasm and appreciation to all interactions, bolstering great customer feedback and 5 star google reviews.  
• Co-manage private events that are booking Rec Hall for the Zero Latency experience. 

Must Provide Availability

Responsibilities for this position include:

• Be the first face and impression upon the guest
• Run a crucial layer to the business - the front door
• Balance friendly guest communication with an expedient ability to keep moving the line
• Cash handling, point of sale iOS systems, and company procedure compliance
• Hustle and have fun

MUST PROVIDE AVAILABILITY

We work hard, we have fun, and provide a great guest experience.  We are proud of our pizza and this role has to take ownership of the kitchen, following the lead of the General Manager.  

As a PIZZA MASTER, you are essentially the house Pizza Chef, you’ll prepare food to order, ensure consistency, and maintain high-quality standards.

We often have private events and full venue buyouts, the majority of which pre-order large quantities of pizza.  The more pizza you make for these events, the higher the tips.  These events are extremely important to our business.  You deliver and in exchange, we deliver to you. 

With the average weekly tips factored in, this position pays $22.00 to $26.00 per hour.  But you have to deliver to get to work the events.  

What we require:

(1) Be Present. Be Positive - Show up when you say you're gonna show up and bring a positive mindset to fit within the Rec Hall culture.  

(2) Be Coachable - Rec Hall is a large venue and there is a learning curve to executing food service for a space this large.  We will coach you and support you.

(3) Hustle - We move fast to meet guest expectations and deliver the experience that Rec Hall is known for.  

CONSISTENT AVAILABILITY IS REQUIRED - FRIDAYS, SATURDAYS & SUNDAYS 

Responsibilities:

• Cook menu items according to recipes and standards.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations.

• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.

• Assist with prep work and stock inventory.

Requirements:

✅ Experience in a kitchen setting preferred.

✅ Strong knife skills and cooking techniques.

✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
