Racquet Club Ladue is currently seeking responsible and energetic individuals for seasonal lifeguard positions within our club.

Expectations:

Maintain safe swimming conditions in pool, on pool deck, and surrounding areas and create a positive atmosphere for members and guests.  

Essential Functions:

-Maintains active surveillance of entire pool area.

-Knows, understands, and consistently applies safety rules, policies, and guidelines.

-Maintains accurate records as required by Missouri State Health Department Code.

-Attends staff meetings and in-service training as required.

-Performs other duties as assigned.

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

-Physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

-Physically perform all skills required by a lifeguard.

-Hear noises and distress signals in the aquatic environment.

-Remain alert and aware of your surroundings at all times.

-See and observe all sections of an assigned zone or area of responsibility.

Requirements:

-Must be 16 years of age or older.

-Certifications: Lifeguard Certification as required by the State of Missouri
