Servers - Part Time and Full Time - No Experience Required
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment alongside new and seasoned servers, bartenders, bussers, and Chefs to provide exceptional food, beverage, and bar service in a country club atmosphere. The right candidate can be trained in technical skills relating to the position. Experience isn’t required, but a willingness to learn is. Full-time applicants are eligible for insurance benefits and holiday pay after completing 90 days of employment.
Expectations Include:
- The successful applicant will be able to communicate important information between management, kitchen staff, and servers.
- For Servers: some experience is necessary.
- Must be available to work some weekends and holidays.
- The ability to work quickly and adapt on the go.
- During our busy hours, we expect the food runner to assist servers, performing any tasks necessary to ensure a high-quality Club Member experience.
- Be a team player.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
The part-time position would be an excellent fit for students entering the fall semester, as the hours fall between 4:30 pm - 10:00 pm. Hours are a bit later on the weekends.

- Act as the point of contact between Front of the House and Back of the House staff.

Purpose of Position: Provide essential housekeeping services in support of the Club’s directive of providing a quality experience to members and guests.
Job Requirements:
- Full time flexible hours: Sunday-Thursday work week with a start time of 7am or earlier, 8-hour workday, rotating holidays which includes holiday pay
- The Housekeeper position works independently and provides cleaning services daily to the Clubhouse facilities
- The position requires high quality results in scrubbing, sweeping, mopping floors, dusting, and arranging furniture, vacuuming, emptying trash containers, cleaning bathrooms, and maintaining fixtures and accessories throughout the Clubhouse
- Detailed, thorough work is important to ensure quality, cleanliness, and sanitary conditions
- Ensure buildings, common areas and restrooms are in good working condition, reporting minor repairs to management and maintenance
- Conducts inventory and advises supervisor of needed supplies
- Additional seasonal cleaning projects are assigned on an as needed basis
- Must be able to stand/walk for 8 hours; bend, push, pull; lift 30 lbs.

The ideal candidate must have strong organizational and communication skills, a friendly personality, a professional attitude, and professional appearance. A minimum of two years of administrative assistant experience is required. This is an hourly position, 30-40 hours per week, with an excellent benefits package offered after 90 days of employment.
Responsibilities include answering phones, taking club reservations, and greeting members and guests at the front reception desk. The administrative duties include Excel, Word and Publisher projects, as well as specific club software data entry which we will train on the job.

Key Responsibilities:
Reception & Member Services:
· Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
· Escort members to appropriate club areas as needed.
· Provide coat check services during winter months.
· Answer incoming calls, direct them to appropriate departments, and assist with general inquiries.
· Coordinate and manage the reservation book up to two months in advance, including recurring club event reservations.
· Receive and record daily reservations, ensuring timely communication of updates to relevant staff.
· Collaborate with the Event Manager and Chef to update and distribute daily menus, buffet cards, table signage, and other printed materials.
· Inform members about club events, facilities, and services—never confirm private space reservations (these must go through the Events Director).
· Keep the BEO (Banquet Event Order) Receptionist Binder current for evening and weekend shifts.
· Maintain a clean, organized reception area, including the foyer and coat closets.
· Freshen up floral arrangements in entry, living, and dining areas during non-peak hours.
Administrative & Office Support:
· Track and update daily menu counts; prepare new count sheets weekly.
· Perform end-of-day POS updates and manage any open carryout files.
· Maintain updated employee and departmental directories.
· Assist with administrative tasks, including internal communications and mail distribution for member groups (e.g., Mah Jongg, Book Club).
