We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist / Guest Services team member to be the first point of contact for our guests. If you’re passionate about hospitality, love making people feel welcome, and can juggle tasks with a smile, we’d love to meet you.
Position Overview:
As the Receptionist / Guest Services representative, you’ll be responsible for greeting guests, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a positive and seamless experience from the moment someone walks through the door.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
• Answer phones, take messages, and handle inquiries with accuracy and courtesy
• Assist with reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area
• Communicate effectively with other departments to fulfill guest needs
• Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments
• Resolve guest issues or concerns promptly and professionally
• Stay informed about services, promotions, and local recommendations to assist guests
What We’re Looking For:
• Friendly, positive attitude and professional appearance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a busy environment
• Basic computer and phone system proficiency
• Previous front desk, receptionist, or guest services experience preferred, but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent
