Retail Team Member Part Time or Full Time (15 - 40 hrs) Seasonal positions available May thru AugustPlato’s Closet is an exciting, locally owned resake store that buys and sells gently used teen and twenty-something brands and styles. We sell amazing brands and the latest styles at a price you can afford. Our Columbia store has immediate openings for Sales Associates.We Offer:~Flexible schedules that respect your other responsibilities~Awesome store discount~Matching savings plan to qualified employeesWe are looking for great people who:~Have a passion for clothing and want a flexible schedule~Are charismatic, energetic, kind, and want to work in an environment they love~Take responsibility for own success~Like a fast paced environment~Want to become a buyer based on store needs and demandDuties Include but not limited to:~Follow all Customer Service Standards~Assisting with store merchandising~Assisting maintaining the selling floor~Knowledge of brands, retail comparisons, and current styles and trends~Loss preventionAdditional Responsibilities:- Minimum 15 hours per week.
- Weekends and some evenings expected.
- Must be comfortable climbing ladders and be able to stand, walk, bend, lift & move bins and furniture up to 30lbs on occasion.
- Must be able to read labels and perform continuous physical work.
- To be considered for this position you must 16 or older.
