Must have at least 1 year of restaurant kitchen experience

Responsibilites include:

• Daily prep work 
• General kitchen maintenance and upkeep

• Prep items for salad station, make salads and plate desserts to order.

• Must have 2 years upscale dining/high volume serving experience
• Ability to greet guests at table
• Convey knowledge of dinner & bar menu to guests
• Meet needs of guests of varied backgrounds and needs
• Knowledge of POS 
• Work well with co-workers in FOH & BOH
• Work in fast-paced, changing environment 

Responsibilities for this position include:

• Warmly greet and seat guests
• Oversight of reservations and table turn times
• Setting and clearing tables
• Answering phone in professional manner
• Taking reservations 
• Restaurant opening and closing duties
• Able to communicate with fellow workers and guests

Responsibilities include:

• Assist Servers with guest needs 
• Clearing and resetting tables and bar
• General restaurant maintenance and upkeep
• Must be able to lift and carry at least 25lbs repeatedly
• Good work attitude
• Able to communicate with fellow workers and guests
• Adapt to ever changing situations
• This is not an actual server position 

Responsibilites include:

• Cleaning and stocking of all food and drink service ware
• General maintenance of dish area and kitchen
• Cross train for salad station
