• Lead, instruct, and motivate children in competitive team programs (Xcel and/or Developmental Program)
• Create a positive and supportive learning environment
• Monitor students' progress and safety

• USAG Professional Membership
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A passion for gymnastics and a commitment to excellence
