We’re looking for a friendly, organized Host/Hostess to be the first welcoming face our guests see when they walk through the door.

What You’ll Do

As a Host/Hostess, you’ll set the tone for the guest experience from start to finish. Responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests warmly and creating a welcoming first impression

• Managing reservations, waitlists, and seating charts for smooth guest flow

• Escorting guests to their tables and providing menus with a smile

• Answering phone calls and assisting with reservations or takeout orders

• Communicating wait times clearly and keeping guests updated during peak hours

• Assisting servers and bussers with maintaining clean and organized dining areas

• Supporting the FOH team during busy game days and special events

Who You Are

• Friendly, outgoing, and professional in all guest interactions

• Strong communicator who can multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Organized and detail-oriented with a team-first mindset

• Comfortable working nights, weekends, and holidays

• Previous host/hostess or customer service experience preferred, but not required
