What You’ll Do

As Assistant Manager, you’ll support operations across both front-of-house and back-of-house—keeping service smooth and maintaining our dynamic atmosphere. Your responsibilities include:

• Assisting with daily restaurant management, including scheduling and staff supervision

• Supporting execution of menu quality and presentation, especially during high-traffic game days and weekend brunch 

• Upholding guest service excellence by coaching staff and stepping in when needed

• Handling inventory and vendor relations with attention to local and organic ingredients 

• Ensuring the scheduling and flow of events and sports-watching experiences run smoothly

• Managing guest concerns with a professional, friendly approach

• Maintaining safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards for both restaurant and lounge spaces

Who You Are

• Experienced (1+ year) in restaurant or bar leadership—especially in dynamic, high-volume environments

• Organized multitasker who thrives under pressure and enjoys big game crowds

• Hospitality-focused and team-oriented with strong communication skills

• Passionate about food quality, guest experience, and a vibrant, community-driven venue

• Comfortable working flexible hours—weekends, evenings, and game schedules included
