Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead, train, and develop front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) staff to provide outstanding service.
• Financial Management: Manage labor, food, and beverage costs to meet financial objectives.
• Operations Oversight: Oversee scheduling, inventory, and vendor relationships to ensure smooth operations.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure menu consistency, quality, and presentation standards are maintained.
• Guest Relations: Address and resolve guest concerns with professionalism and a solutions-first approach.
• Marketing Initiatives: Drive local marketing initiatives, promotions, and community engagement.
• Safety and Compliance: Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant restaurant environment.
• Team Culture: Foster a positive team culture centered on hospitality and accountability.

Requirements

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a sports bar or high-volume dining setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a proven track record of team building.
• Highly organized with robust financial and operational management abilities.
• Passionate about hospitality and guest experience, contributing to a fun and lively atmosphere.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, event-driven environment, especially during major games and weekends.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
