We’re looking for outgoing, reliable Servers to deliver excellent service and keep the good times rolling.

What You’ll Do

As a Server, you’ll be the face of Penalty Box and play a big role in creating memorable experiences. Responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests promptly and providing friendly, attentive service

• Taking food and beverage orders accurately and entering them into the POS system

• Delivering food and drinks quickly while ensuring accuracy and presentation standards

• Anticipating guest needs and upselling menu items, specials, and signature cocktails

• Handling cash and credit card transactions efficiently and accurately

• Working closely with bartenders, bussers, hosts, and the kitchen to keep service flowing

• Maintaining a clean, organized section and assisting with side work as needed

Who You Are

• Outgoing, personable, and passionate about hospitality

• Strong multitasking skills with attention to detail

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment

• Team player with great communication skills

• Previous serving experience preferred, but not required—we’ll train the right personality

• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in Illinois
