We’re seeking a reliable, trustworthy, and hands-on Manager who is also comfortable jumping in to serve or bartend as needed. This is an hourly position with tips, ideal for someone who leads by example and thrives in a team-oriented environment.

 Responsibilities:

• Open the establishment in the mornings

• Support and assist front-of-house staff during service

• Serve or bartend when needed

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations

 Requirements:

• Prior experience in restaurant or bar management preferred

• Strong work ethic and dependable

• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure

• Comfortable serving guests and/or bartending

• A team player who’s always ready to help
