About Us:
Peacemaker Lobster and Crab is a full service seafood dining experience offering fresh seafood flown in fresh! We are looking to add an assistant general manager to our team to help assist our general manager with our daily operations and keep our team working strong together.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead daily FOH operations with a hands-on approach, focusing on facilitating the needs of the team serving our guests
- Ensure our process of serving standards are enacted
- Ability to mentor our FOH team to succeed with best practices
- Working closely with the general manger to ensure Labor and Sales are in order
- Work closely with our other location managers for product ordering and delivery
- Collaborate closely with BOH leadership to maintain seamless operations
- Uphold brand standards while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a high-volume, upscale food dining environment
- Leadership presence; calm, confident, and respectful
- Understanding of beverage cost control, ordering systems, and seasonal beverage development
- Ability to take direction and receive feedback with professionalism
- A balanced sense of humility and expertise- confident, yet coachable
- Excellent communication, organizational, and team development skills
- Candidates from polished corporate restaurant backgrounds are welcome
- Preferred but not required: knowledge of Aloha and excel
