The kitchen staff is an important part of The Pasta House Co. team. The responsibilities of the kitchen staff include: getting the food to the guests in a timely manner so that the restaurant can serve fresh product, keeping the back of the restaurant clean and organized, and maintaining food quality standards. Kitchen personnel will be expected to work with fellow team members to make exceptional food or to efficiently wash dishes. Always leave the station clean, stocked and ready for the next team member.

Salad, Pasta & Saute Cook

The cook’s job will consist mainly of preparing and cooking food according to the Pasta House Co. specifications. He/she will be responsible for keeping the station clean and stocked, using proper sanitation procedures, preparing the correct amounts of food, cooking food in the proper order and allotted times, weekly cleaning projects, and nightly cleaning of your station.

Responsibilites:

This position is the utmost importance in our restaurants it requires a person dedicated to make sure all that dishes, silver ware, and small wares are properly cleaned and sanitized to health code requirements. This position also requires some cleaning and taking out trash.

Responsibilities:

• Servers provide guests with an exceptional dining experience by serving guests in a prompt and friendly manner.
• Servers are expected to be thoroughly knowledgeable of all products offered and to suggest items that will enhance the guests’ dinner. 
• Servers are required to work as team members of the entire dining room staff including hosts, management, bussers and bartender.
