Responsibilities:
- Shares responsibility for the directing and supervising of all activities pertaining to staffing, staff training, food purchasing and production, guest service, sanitation and operating profits.
- Responsible for the development, guidance and supervision of shift leaders and staff. Responsible for promoting good employee relations, guest experience through service programs by implementing company practices, policies and standards.
- Observation of personnel appearance, efficiency, behavior and abilities for adherence to company standards. Consult with co-managers and recommend and replace staff as needed.
- Responsible for maintaining proper procedures for hiring, ordering, receiving and storage of food and beverage items.
- Responsible for employee hygiene and maintaining general offices’ information flow, guest and employee safety.
- Make final inspections before and after shifts and participate in each service period by seating guests, monitoring food production or filling in or assisting in as needed in various positions.
- Reports to the Owners, and General Manager.
- Maintains a close relationship with the marketing department, property owner, police and fire department and co-management team.
