OUR FRONT OF HOUSE MANAGER POSITION: 
At Park, we will not settle for anything less than an exceptional guest experience! As our Front of House Manager, you are responsible for the quality of service provided to all our guests! You will create a positive team environment among all our FOH staff (bartenders, servers and hosts), providing them with continuous mentor-ship and training. You will also touch tables to ensure guest satisfaction as well as plan and execute marketing strategies and events.

FRONT OF HOUSE MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS: 

• MUST HAVE: 3+ years experience managing sales or CS employees.
• MUST HAVE: 1+ years experience at a fine dining or upscale casual restaurant (fast food experience will not be counted)
• MUST BE: High energy, outgoing, positive leader! 
• PREFERRED: Bachelors degree 
• Able to read, write and communicate effectively 
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
• Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to fully understand and comply with all federal, state, county and municipal regulations that pertain to health, safety and labor requirements of the restaurant, employees, and guests.

OUR HOST/HOSTESS POSITION:
Our Host/Hostess will be the first point of contact for our guests! You will greet guests, provide accurate wait times, escort customers to the dining and bar areas, clear tables and help servers run food. Your #1 goal is to ensure our guests have a positive dining experience from the moment they arrive till their departure!

OUR HOST/HOSTESS QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma; preferred
• Outstanding customer-service skills!
• Excellent communication skills (via phone and in-person)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor the entire dining and bar area
• Able to walk and stand during an entire shift

KITCHEN MANAGER POSITION: As our Restaurant Kitchen Manager, you are responsible for providing a tasty menu with new recipes and seasonal flavors! You will also ensure that all dishes prepared are of consistent quality by properly training employees and developing kitchen policies and procedures.

KITCHEN MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS:

• MUST HAVE: 3+ year's experience in a lead Kitchen role within a casual dining or fine dining restaurant.
• Hands on experience with creating new recipes, planning new menus and ordering food inventory. 
• Certification from a culinary school a plus! 
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven ability to motivate and lead a team
• Able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
• Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 9 hours)

KITCHEN MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure that all food items are prepared and served according to the restaurant’s recipes and quality standards.
• Coach cooks or other workers on the preparation, cooking, garnishing, or presentation of food.
• Check the quality of raw or cooked food products to ensure that standards are met.
• Check and maintain proper food holding and refrigeration temperature control points.
• Control food cost by creating, following and coaching employees on standard recipes and food storage procedures.
• Plan and price menu items, establish portion sizes and prepare standard recipe cards for all new menu items.
• Meet with guests to discuss menus for special occasions, such as parties, or banquets.
• Manage inventory and order supplies, food and ingredients based upon anticipated business
• Create schedules for kitchen staff based on anticipated business activity; ensure that both labor cost objectives and adequate staffing for exceptional service are achieved.
• Schedule and oversee necessary maintenance and repairs on kitchen appliances
• Monitor sanitation practices to ensure that employees follow standards and regulations.

OUR LINE COOK POSITION:
Our line cooks are the heart of our restaurant! You will ensure that our guests keep coming back by preparing menu items as ordered and to our restaurants quality standards! 

OUR LINE COOK QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 6 months experience as a line cook within a casual/fine dining restaurant. 
• Positive attitude is a must!
• Able to have fun and work as a team
• Culinary school/training a plus! 

Pay is based upon industry experience

Our top, full-time servers are averaging $28+/hour (*$6.15 base hourly plus tips). Full benefits offered for employees working 40+ hours per week!

Preference given to applicants looking for full-time (30+) hours! 

SERVING EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED. 

We only hire servers with previous experience serving in a fine dining/upscale casual dining establishments. Those applicants without experience are welcome to apply to our Host/Hostess position! 

OUR SERVER POSITION:
Our servers interact with our guests, take orders and provide both friendly and responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all of our guests! Each servers' #1 priority is to give our guests the best experience possible! 

OUR SERVER QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1+ year of experience as a server at a casual dining or fine dining restaurant
• Outgoing, extroverted personality!
• Able to diffuse and problem solve guests issues
• Positive attitude a must! 

CRAFT COCKTAIL AND HIGH VOLUME BARTENDING EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.

OUR CRAFT COCKTAIL BARTENDER POSITION:
Our Craft Cocktail Bartenders are specialists behind the bar! You will interact with guests while you prepare and make alcoholic beverage suggestions. You will also help with bar prep and take and deliver food orders to guests seated at the bar. You will also assist with making our craft cocktail syrups from scratch and will have some creative freedom to assist with the development of our seasonal signature drink menu! 

OUR CRAFT COCKTAIL BARTENDER QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Proven experience as a bartender at an upscale, casual dining atmosphere
• Previous experience making syrups from scratch
• Positive attitude and outgoing personality!
• Team player a must!
• Able to have fun and make every guest want to return.

OUR PREP COOK POSITION:
Our Prep Cook position is an entry level kitchen position, assisting kitchen staff with general food preparation and food safety. You will perform routine kitchen tasks such as setting up workstations and ingredients, so that food can be prepared according to recipes.

OUR PREP COOK QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 6 months experience as prep cook at a casual/fine dining establishment
• Adequate knife skills; able to chop, slice and dice prep various items fast and accurately 
• Knowledge of health and safety rules in a kitchen
• A team player with good communication skills

Pay is based upon experience

FRONT OF HOUSE LEAD POSITION: We are looking to hire a Front of House Lead to assist our Front of House Manager run the floor during service, train employees and open and close the restaurant.

FRONT OF HOUSE LEAD RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for maintaining the work flow of the Front of House.
• Touch tables during service to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Address and resolve issues that arise on the floor during service. 
• Train and mentor staff members.
• Responsible for opening and/or closing the restaurant.
• Create daily floor charts for the staff and check side work duties.
• Support staff members and assist with discounts.
• Assist with reservations and ensure any special needs are met for larger parties.
• Meet with guests interested in private room rental and catering needs. 

FRONT OF HOUSE LEAD QUALIFICATIONS:

• MUST HAVE: Availability Monday through Saturday and be available for closing shifts from 3:00pm to 11:00pm
• MUST HAVE: 2+ years of previous experience at a fine dining or upscale casual restaurant (fast food experience will not be counted)

Our dishwashers help our kitchen staff maintain cleanliness around our restaurant! You will help clean, organize and put away dishware and help stock food as well as assist with the general maintenance of the dish/kitchen area.
