Our restaurant is central to that experience, and we’re looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house operations, deliver excellent service, and create memorable experiences for every guest.

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, maintaining high standards of food and service, managing staff, and driving profitability. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a customer-first mindset to ensure the dining program at Park North Golf Club continues to exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage restaurant staff, including hiring, onboarding, training, and scheduling

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth, efficient service in both dining and bar areas

  • Maintain high standards for food quality, guest service, and overall cleanliness

  • Monitor financial performance including revenue, labor, and operating expenses

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and repeat business

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards

  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and minimize waste

  • Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly

  • Partner with kitchen and bar teams to improve efficiency, consistency, and menu offerings

  • Implement cost-control measures while maintaining service excellence

  • Track and report on staff performance, sales goals, and operational metrics

  • Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and special events that enhance the guest experience

  • Uphold company policies, procedures, and industry best practices

 

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a comparable leadership role

  • Strong leadership and team-building abilities with a hands-on management style

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency with POS systems and restaurant management software

  • Solid financial understanding, including budgeting and cost control

  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for hospitality

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
