As a Cake Decorator, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning cakes that exceed customer expectations while ensuring high-quality food preparation.

Responsibilities

• Design and decorate cakes according to customer specifications and company standards.
• Utilize various decorating techniques
• Collaborate with customers to understand their vision and provide recommendations for cake designs.
• Ensure all cakes are produced in compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards.
• Assist in the preparation of other baked goods as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to kitchen hygiene practices.
• Monitor inventory levels of baking supplies and refill case when needed
• Provide excellent customer service

Requirements

• Experience in cake decorating or a similar role within the culinary or catering industry.
• Strong knowledge of food production processes, including baking and food safety practices.
• Proficiency in various cake decorating techniques and tools.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with team members and customers.
• A passion for creativity and an eye for design in cake presentation.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends as needed.
