2+ years experience in a high volume bar. Customer interactions, food and beverage service, mixing and pouring drinks, general bar preparation and maintenance. Must be familiar with a POS system as well as able to pass a measured pour test.

Responsibilites include:

• General customer interactions 
• Cleaning and resetting tables and bar
• Assisting service needs as they arise
• General restaurant maintenance and upkeep

Cleaning and stocking of all food and drink service ware, general maintenance of dish area and kitchen.

Running and delivering food, communicating with guests, and supporting both servers and kitchen staff in getting food to customers in a timely manner.

Responsibilities for this position include:

• Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
• Seats guests and manage the seating chart.
• Monitors restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow.
• Performs opening and closing duties, as needed.
• Assists others with side work including, but not limited to cleaning, stocking, folding silverware, etc.
• Helps fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary to maintain positive working relationships.
