We are looking for a dependable Dock Attendant to help keep things running smoothly at the marina. This role plays an important part in creating a safe and fun experience for our guests out on the lake. If you enjoy being outdoors, staying active, and working with a great team, this is a great summer job.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with docking and safely securing boats
• Check in guests using the reservation system and help them get ready for their rental
• Provide safety orientations for WaveRunner renters before they head out on the water
• Help launch and retrieve paddle boards and kayaks for guests
• Greet guests with a friendly, helpful attitude and provide great customer service
• Keep the dock area clean, organized, and ready for guests
• Restock supplies and assist the team during busy times
• Help manage dock traffic and maintain a safe environment

Requirements

• Comfortable working outdoors in summer weather
• Able to stay active during shifts
• Reliable, organized, and attentive to details
• Positive attitude and works well with a team
• Weekend and holiday availability is required during peak summer months
• Boating or dock experience is helpful but not required. We will train you.
