General Manager Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and inventory management

• Lead, train, and motivate team members to consistently exceed customer service expectations

• Ensure high standards of food quality, cleanliness, safety, and operational compliance

• Oversee labor and food cost controls to support restaurant profitability

• Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute strategies for business growth

Requirements & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a restaurant management role
