Cleaning and resetting tables and bar, assisting service needs as they arise.

Customer interaction, food and drink service including orders and delivery, general table and restaurant maintenance.

Customer interactions, food and beverage service, mixing and pouring drinks, general bar preparation and maintenance.

Greeting and ID-ing guests, accepting and managing money/cover, security, general bar and floor maintenance.

Ability to follow brand recipes, produce fast, and complete assigned tasks. Cleaning fryers, smokers, and dish.

Fast paced, high volume experience preferred (no "one speed workers") for line work. Knife skills are a must as well as attention to detail. Ability to work all stations proficiently and follow brand standards. Able to stand for long periods of time and lift 50 lbs.
