We’re Mellow Mushroom and we’re looking for an Assistant Manager who keeps the jointjumping and the vibe steady while our team members serve up stone-baked pizzas, craveable food, and refreshing craft cocktails. You thrive on leading a team through unique challenges while never losing sight of the business of managing a restaurant. This isn’t just any pizza place. And you aren’t just any Assistant Manager. RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in managing all aspects of restaurant operations - including staffing, food quality,service, and cleanliness Set the Mellow vibe with staff and guests, resolving guest issues as needed. Help us control the business end of the business; increase profits and minimize losses; assistin managing inventory and labor, including scheduling; resolve maintenance issues.
